In the library, I use Google Docs Forms to create an online request form for books. When students want me to order a book that we do not currently have in the library, they can go to the library webpage and click on a link that will take them to a form that they can fill out and submit. Their request is automatically placed on my to-be-ordered Google Docs spreadsheet.
